This clip starts out where Part 3 ended… I am instantaneously tying her heeled feet with greater amount rope. A constricting hogtie is next for Pepper. A duration of closet cane is chained to her heels next. The rope this was strapped into her pigtails earlier is then fastened to the ends of the cane. Another continuance of string is strapped to the back of her string head harness likewise and restrained back to her feet. Pepper lays there vulnerably. I order her to struggle. Doll attempts, but there indeed isn’t much room for struggle at that point.
