This clip starts out where Episode 3 ended… I am immediately tying her heeled feet with greater amount cord. A stern hogtie is next for Pepper. A continuance of closet rod is strapped to her heels next. The cord that was restrained into her pigtails earlier is then tied to the ends of the rod. Another continuance of cord is fastened to the back of her string head harness as well and chained back to her feet. Pepper lays there defenselessly. I order her to struggle. Chick tries, but there actually isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
