Both are pulled into strappados, ankles strapped to any 1 more. Every movement, shift, or struggle pulls to the one greater amount. If 1 strappado cord is pulled down, the another goes higher. It in reality doesn’t help when they are tickled over and over forcing an ebb and flow of pulling and tugging against every another.
