Cast: Holden Hernandez and Serg Shepard

Serg was 1 of these boys who seemed to thrive out in the wilderness. Many of the Scouts take a while to receive used to being away from their folks. They get homesick and scared; it can be very difficult to see. Serg, despite that, took everything in his stride. He’s a natural leader. He’s confident, practical, and brave. He’s the fantastic Scout and an absolute entertainment to mentor.
I found myself increasingly drawn to him over the course of the scarcely any days we were out camping. Chap was at all times so attentive, regularly jumping up to assist if it looked like I had my arms full. On the last day, I suggested the 2 of us spend a bit of alone time jointly, so this I could instruct him some of the greater amount advanced skills which, frankly, would be lost on almost any of the 1 greater amount Scouts.
