This clip starts where Episode 3 ended… I am now tying her heeled feet with more rope. A stern hogtie is next for Pepper. A length of closet rod is chained to her heels next. The cord that was fastened into her pigtails earlier is then fixed to the ends of the rod. Other runtime of cord is fastened to the back of her cord head harness as well and fixed back to her feet. Pepper lays there helplessly. I order her to struggle. Maiden endeavours, but there really isn’t much room for struggle at this point.
