Once another time, I find myself answering the same question. Why did it take so long to release this episode? Both Ricky and Levi are 2 of our longest serving exclusives, and both fan favorites, and after making of the video that scene. So I shelved this episode with bigger ambitions in mind, but time and logistics prevented a new pairing from happening.
