26 year aged Hispanic male, 5’9”, was caught on camera pissing on the mall grounds. Mall security was first alerted by a shopping family, resulting in the suspect being apprehended and detained. The suspect was rowdy and uncooperative, requiring his hands to be fastened while being brought in for processing. While in custody, the suspect lasted to be difficult with the Loss Prevention Officer. Guy was questioned and strip searched following standard protocols. An understanding was reached by the suspect and the Loss Prevention Officer, and boy was released without involvement of law enment.
