Studio: Youthful Perps

Petty Theft. 18 year old Caucasian male, 5 5, had loose fitting clothing on and seemed to be watching out for signs of staff watching him. The suspect was seen by customers placing items beneath shirt. The loss prevention officer on duty was engaged and took the suspect into custody. During apprehension, the suspect seemed very immature and full of attitude. Upon unsophisticated search, the stolen merchandise was recovered.
